This lot, pictured here, of four pieces marked for Stuart Devlin, London 1969 comprised a 15 1/2in (39cm) three-branch wirework candelabra, a pair of 51/2in (14cm) squat candlesticks, and a matching snuffer, all demonstrating the designer's characteristic wirework technique.
They sold in the room to the London silver trade for £6600, over four times the pre-sale estimate.
Neal Sons & Fletcher are one of only a handful of UK auctioneers who do not charge a buyer's premium.
